Notice to Ticket Buyers

1. Admission Policy: Valid Ticket Required, one Person Per Ticket, non-transferable after entry.
2. Refund and Exchange Policy: All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
3. Lost or Stolen Tickets: If a ticket is lost, defaced, or stolen, the Organizer will not reissue or replace it and bears no responsibility for its loss.
4. Ticket Authenticity: Tickets purchased through ComplexCon Ticketing channel and its official agents, are valid. The Organizer cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets bought from unauthorized sources, and counterfeit tickets will not be honored.
5. Personal Information:
No change of submitted information (e.g., email address) is allowed upon completing a transaction.
6. Ticket Sales: In the event of any dispute arising from ticket sales or promotions related to 'COMPLEXCON Hong Kong,' the decision of the event Organizer shall be final and binding.

8. Ticketing: Ticket booking, delivery, and re-issuance are governed by the terms and conditions of ComplexConHK.
9. Event Terms for Ticket Holders: Ticket holders are required to comply with all rules and regulations of the venue, AsiaWorld-Expo, as well as all local laws.
10. Extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances: In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, attendees are required to check COMPLEXCON Hong Kong's official Instagram account for the latest event updates and arrangements.

Admission Arrangement

Photography and Recording: Unauthorized photography, filming, or recording is prohibited within the event hall.
Bags and Personal Items: Bag searches will be conducted upon entry. Items exceeding specified dimensions (38 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm) must be stored at designated storage counters or self-service lockers. Organizer is not responsible for any damage to personal items or for any lost or stolen items. Attendees are encouraged not to bring bags or backpacks into the event hall.
Rules and Regulations: The ticket holder agrees to abide by all applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, the event Organizer, and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice. Payment for a ticket shall be deemed as express acceptance of the terms and conditions herein and made a part hereof.
Late Entry: Latecomers may be admitted during suitable breaks in the event but are not guaranteed entry if they arrive late.
Seating and Standing Areas: No standing on chairs, and no waiting in staircases or circulation corridors.
Crowd Control and Security Screening: Security wristbands must be worn by all attendees for crowd control and contingency management, if applicable. All attendees may be required to pass through a handheld metal detector screening before entering the event hall, if applicable.
Ticket Scanning for Re-entry: Tickets must be scanned prior to exiting the hall for re-entry. Failure to scan will result in denied re-entry, with no refunds provided.
Standing Zone Restrictions: Admission to standing zones is restricted to individuals aged 12 or above with a minimum height of 140 cm.

Event Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

• Changes to Event:
The Event may be subject to change based on the circumstances existing at the time. The Event Organizer, its authorized agents, and AsiaWorld-Expo Management Ltd. (AWEM) reserves the right to amend these arrangements without prior notice.
• Final Decision on Disputes:
The decision made by AWEM and/or the event Organizer with respect to any disputes related to the event shall be final and binding.

2. Accessibility and Wheelchair Provisions

• Wheelchair Seat Tickets:
Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for individuals dependent on wheelchairs for mobility and their accompanying minders. Each wheelchair user may purchase one minder ticket. Proof of mobility difficulties, such as a "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentation, must be presented upon request by AWEM during admission. Admission will be refused without refund for non-wheelchair users or those accompanying non-wheelchair users holding wheelchair or minder tickets.
• Assistance for Wheelchair Users:
Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWEM (+852-3606 8888) for admission assistance and are advised to arrive at the venue with sufficient time for entry.

3. Safety and Conduct Regulations

Prohibited Items and Actions:
Smoking: Smoking
is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the premises.
Restricted Items: The following items are strictly prohibited within the venue: selfie sticks, glass bottles, any lighter-than-air or inflated objects (e.g., balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans, sharp objects, fireworks, pyrotechnics, laser devices, gambling devices, speakers or any loud audio device, and remote-controlled devices such as drones.
Illegal Substances: Possession or use of illegal drugs is prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
Animal Policy: Animals are not allowed, except for registered guide dogs with prior written consent from AWEM.
Unauthorized Merchandise: Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise is strictly prohibited. Attendees shall forfeit the right to any unauthorized merchandise which shall be confiscated by AWEM or the Organizer.
Strobe Lighting and Smoke Effects: Performances may include strong strobe lighting and smoke effects. Attendees are encouraged to inform medical staff or security if they feel unwell or in need of assistance.

4. Ticketing Rules
• Ticket Re-entry and Scanning:
Tickets must be scanned prior to exiting the hall for re-entry. Failure to scan may result in being denied re-entry, with no refunds provided.
• Age and Height Restrictions for Standing Zones: Access to standing zones is restricted to individuals aged 12 or above with a minimum height of 140 cm.
• Ticket Scalping: Resale or unauthorized sharing of tickets is prohibited, and AWEM reserves the right to void any tickets used for commercial purposes and to deny admission to any attendee who violates this provision.

5. Intellectual Property
• Copyrights and Recordings:
All copyrights related to the event including but not limited to any performance are owned by the Organizer. Uploading any recordings from personal devices to private social media accounts may constitute a copyright violation and is strictly prohibited for commercial purposes.

6. Other Provisions
• No Guarantee of Unobstructed View:
AWEM, as the venue provider, does not guarantee that the participant’s view will be entirely unobstructed.
Language of Notice: In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
Disruptive Behavior: AWEM and the Organizer reserves the right to remove any person who exhibits behavior that is inappropriate, illegal or disruptive to other attendees as well as the exhibitors at the event. Attendees may not play music in the venue and shall not engage in any illegal activity on the premises.
